How to manages a stressed life? Well, you must give yourself a break. Give yourself a time to leisure, to forget all the stress,worries,doubts and problems. Don't let yourself dying because of stress. Don't just focus your life on the things that hurts you.Learn to move on. Have time to smile even when you are upset. You always have a choice in life, If you choose to live with stress then that's your problem.You must enjoy life to the fullest and make it to the highest. Here are some activities you may try to relieve you from being stressed:
1. Watch movie with your family or friends. Don't watch alone! It makes you feel pity.

It is the trailer of a Filipino comedy movie entitled "This Guys In Love With You Mare". You must watch it out and it will give you a thousands laugh that can help you to lessen your stress and also give enjoyment to your stressed life.
2. Listen to music particularly Christian songs, for sure it may help you to free yourself from stress. Or something that may relate to your feelings.
3.Give yourself a time to play a PC games, but not an addictive one. Know when to stop.
4.Read a books with an inspirational messages in it.
5. Go out for sometime. Go to the place where you think you can unwind.
Have time to leisure. Go out and find a place where you think you are free for everything. It is necessary that sometimes you must go to a place where you can think properly and free from stress. You need to disregards all your problems even just for a day to re energize your mind, body and soul.
I suggest to go to a beach because the environment there is very good, and the waters gives you a refreshing feelings. Then you must watch the sun set or the sun rise. To start your day, try to watch the sunrise , and take a deep breath and shout " FIGHTING!". The sunrise tells us that it's a new beginning.
